Finding Our Way in the Wilderness

Rev. Dr. Carolyn Scanlan-Holmes • February 20, 2023

Our Lenten Journey Begins

This year during Lent, we will explore the art work of Henri Matisse, using it as a guide for the season. This is the a time of year when we follow the final chapter of Jesus’ earthly journey through the wilderness to resurrection. During the 40 days of Lent, we, too, are invited by the Spirit to look deeper within and listen. This week, we head into the “wilderness,” a place where we can clear our heads, challenge ourselves, and reflect on how we want to continue to grow.
