Spiritual Disciplines Part 2 of 4: Buddhism and Yoga

This Sunday at The Garden, we'll continue our short series exploring spiritual disciplines with a guest, Betty Klein. She will share her journey with Buddhism and how the simple mindfulness and meditation techniques of Buddhism can enhance your spiritual journey, fostering inner peace and compassion. Her journey will encourage your own personal connection with the Divine.

After the service at 10am, Betty will continue her time with us in Together in 111 where she will do some basic chair yoga with its emphasis on breath and movement.

Whether you are new to these practices or have been exploring them for years, this service and class promise to offer valuable perspectives. Join us for a morning of reflection, learning, and spiritual growth.
