Gratitude in Practice

This Sunday, October 22, we return to our exploration of "the tools" developed and taught by psychiatrist Phil Stutz to help us bring about bold & dramatic changes in our lives & in our connection to the Source. As we focus on "the Grateful Flow" tool, we will hear stories from three people who have developed the spiritual discipline of gratitude. Come learn what effect it has had on their lives and be inspired to create your own gratitude practice.

We encourage you to watchStutz on Netflix. If you are reading the book, The Tools by Phil Stutz & Barry Michels (not required, but we recommend it!), look at Chapter 5 for this week. Our focus on the Grateful Flow tool will continue after the service in Conversations with Carolyn. All are welcome!
