The Garden welcomes Chris Lefave

On Sunday, March 3, we welcomed Chris Lafave. Chris is the Kurt Vonnegut Memorial Library Curator. He has been a Vonnegut fan since attending Ball State and became the Curator in 2012. Chris has a Master’s in Library Science, has played in a bluegrass band and loves what Indianapolis has to offer its residents. He made possible the Vonnegut art exhibit that will remain through Easter. During the service Chris shared his thoughts and insights on Vonnegut and the impact he has had on his life.

It is the season of Passover for our Jewish brothers and sisters, a time of spiritual renewal and a reminder of the enduring faith and resilience. It is a time to remember the struggles of the past and to reaffirm the values of freedom, justice, and compassion in the present. On Sunday we share beloved stories from the Jewish tradition. We will also welcome Dianne Kelley from the Congregation Beth-El Zedeck, who will share about her faith and service.
